The HAPPY DOG Program, upon purchase, includes up to 2 hours of informational support or consultations per week within working hours (8 AM to 5 PM).
The PREMIUM Program, when purchased, entitles you to a maximum of 2 hours of informational support or consultations per weekday during working hours (8 AM to 5 PM). This program also includes a shopping guide for US shops.

Any services required outside of the specified hours will be considered a consultation and will be charged at $100/hour.
